Study methodology
The research will be conducted through two concurrent surveys: one of local chambers - I have identified around 600 such bodies in Australia - and oneof businesses that are members of local chambers. The surveys will be conducted online using the survey tool provided by Qualtrics for which the La Trobe Business School has a licence.
